Bradley was efficient, knowledgeable, and persistent during the entire process of searching for and buying our property in downtown

Bradley was great. The sellers attempted to back out at the last minute but Bradley held them in the deal. The sellers attempted to claim that no earnest money had been received and Bradley promptly provided evidence of the deposit. The sellers then attempted to claim that we had not closed in a timely manner or delivered the sale proceeds in a timely manner but Bradley produced a signed directive by the seller that said that they would pick up the sales proceeds. Bradley cut off every road they attempted to not close. Bradley knows what he is doing and he communicates very effectively - which in today's world is not a given.
