Sandra has been in the real estate business in the Lowcountry for over 25 years. 2002, after working for several real estate companies, Sandra started her own firm, Professional Real Estate Closers, LLC.  Her unique business model created an industry in Charleston, and Sandra and her team of closing coordinators successfully closed thousands of closings in the tri-county area over the last 20 years.
Sandra transitioned to being a full-time Realtor and is partnered with Bradley O’Mara Real Estate.  With her intimate knowledge of the real estate closing process, she is an expert in what it takes to get a real estate deal to happen.  Coupled with her “Southern Elegance” sense of decorating and the uncanny ability to visualize the potential of any home, she is uniquely qualified to help clients purchase the perfect home and to market their homes to prospective buyers. 
Sandra is a native of Hanahan, SC, attended the University of South Carolina, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from The College of Charleston. Sandra and her husband, Dennis, have 2 children, Paul-David and Eleanor, and the Patricks can often be found boating on the local waters. She and her daughter enjoy riding horses together, and Sandra still trains in Shaolin-Kempo karate at Masters Studios, where she is a 4th -degree black belt.
